Brick Red Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
Wine
This Cabernet has soft blackberry and mulberry overtones shows characteristic
from the Langhorne Creek region.
This wine exhibits soft round tannins and a wonderful fruit sweetness.
Delicate integration with fine French oak, finishes this wine off to a stage
where it may be enjoyed now and will continue to delight for years to come.
Viticulture
The grapes were harvested in March for optimal fruit ripeness.
Winemaking
This wine was made in an open top fermenter with a reasonably warm ferment over 8 days, before being pressed off skins.
After malo-lactic fermentation was completed a range of French Oak barrels were used for maturation for 9 months.
